Prior to relocating to Australia in 1999, Tony Ng, principal was a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants with many years' experiences with big 4 accounting firms in Hong Kong specialising in acquisitions, listings and corporate assurance engagements. Tony is a fellow member of CPA Australia. We have been ASIC registered company auditor since the year 2004 and registered tax agent since 2011. The firm has been involved in diversified assignments in different Asian countries.
Tony graduated from Monash University in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Security Institute of Australia as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Chartered Secretaries of Australia.
We have been assisting clients to continually examine their operational and corporate performance, costs and policies; in order for the management to make relevant business decisions and achieve their goals. In the past 30 years, Tony and his team have provided consulting, compliance and advisory services to private, stock exchange listed and multinational technology, finance (AFSL), manufacturing, not-for-profit, media, gaming and other industry groups in Australia. The team also has experience in servicing overseas enterprises involved in shipping, property development and banking in Asian countries.
